About me,
Driven by curiosity, I’m motivated to gain a deep understanding of who we are. I investigate Cultural Practices and Heritage, reporting back on what I find in Video form and Writing.
I more or less started my career with Videography, helping Dolores Leeuwin make short-docs on gifted-youths. In this process I learned how to efficiently communicate a story.
Then having done Music & Technology at the HKU, I explored how sound can shape interactive experiences. Making the participant apart of the story, bringing alive the grandiosity.
In my work I use scale to create a tangible point to engage with. Evoking a sense of solitude as a blank slate to engage with identity and cultural heritage.
Now, I wish to create a framework through which I can do investigations on different parts of our shared history. Helping people find connection to themselves and others through understanding.
